Picacho Hillsis a private golf course in Las Cruces, that offers reciprocal agreements with other private facilities. Lush blue grass fairways and bent grass greens mark this 6880 yard par 72 golf course. Magazines gush over the beauty of this course saying things like: "Picture an emerald lying on a mound of sand…dark green, shining jewel in striking contrast with its surroundings. That’s the first impression of the Picacho Hills Country Club golf course."

Picacho Hillsis open Tuesday through Sunday and occasionally on Mondays. Best of all, the weather is nearly perfect, with rain closing the course an average of just three days a year. The course is host to a number of prominent events including the Sun Country Amateur and Mid-Amateur, three US Open Qualifiers, an AJGA Nike All Star Classic, two Sun Country Challenge Cups, and the Sun Country Senior Section Championship and Professional National Championship qualifier.

The Sonoma Ranch Golf Courseis the newest course in town. It is a long course boasting rolling hills in the heart of Mesilla Valley. Designed by Cal Olson, the bent grass greens and abundant bunkers make for a challenging course. All levels of golfers are welcome and each will find a challenge with a choice of five tee boxes. The course is complete with Paved cart paths, a club house and a great restaurant.
